The core purpose of ReceiptSender is to help users capture and send receipts more efficiently. To do that, we may process uploaded images, confirmation data, and destination email addresses.

Depending on how the Services are configured at the time of use:

  • uploaded receipt images may be processed temporarily to complete delivery;
  • temporary caching, logging, or queued delivery may occur;
  • copies may be retained for a limited period to complete delivery, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, or comply with legal obligations; and
  • a sent receipt may pass through third-party hosting, storage, email, or delivery providers acting on our behalf.

If ReceiptSender states elsewhere that it uses no login, no storage, or minimal storage, those statements describe the intended user experience, but temporary technical processing, delivery handling, security logging, and short-term retention may still occur as reasonably necessary to operate the Services.

18. User Responsibilities

You agree not to upload, send, or store through the Services any content that:

  • violates any law or regulation;
  • infringes another person’s rights;
  • contains malware, malicious code, or harmful material;
  • includes highly sensitive information that is not necessary for the Service; or
  • you do not have the legal right to process or transmit.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address you enter is correct and that you have authority to send the relevant content to that address.
